Jill Mavro is an Independent Fund Trustee for BNY Mellon ETF Trust and a Transactions Strategist to CapW Global. Jill worked at State Street for 23 years. Jill is a wife and mom to 2 small children. She devotes herself to volunteer work including sitting on a hospital board.

Kelly McKenna is the Chief Operating Officer & Enterprise Growth Leader for BNY Mellon Global Client Management. Kelly has over three decades of experience in strategic client growth roles across financial services. Kelly is a single mom of two kids in their 20’s and during the pandemic her and her daughter completed a full house renovation, filling 7 dumpsters of gutted material.
